Delivery

Please allow 14 days for delivery, though, with many stock items we aim to deliver within 5 working days. If any of your order is not available within 14 days we can back order it for you, you will be contacted with the option to cancel if you wish. All goods are sold subject to availability.

Carriage

Carriage to mainland U.K. destinations will be by carrier at a charge of £9.00 per order. Delivery is free to mainland U.K. for orders over £75.00.

If you need your order urgently contact us by telephone before placing your order.

Small items may be dispatched by Royal Mail or carrier, at our discretion, at a charge of £6.50 per order, for orders below £20.

We can deliver to one of the Scottish islands, but there will be a shipping cost. You must add the necessary shipping charge at the shopping cart stage.
Goods must be checked at time of delivery. If this is not possible they must be signed for as unchecked.

Please check your order as soon as possible after delivery. If any item you receive is damaged or your order is not complete, we must be informed by email within 48 hours. We will refuse any claim, either for short order or damage if we are not informed within this timescale.

Payment

Payment by cheque, goods will not be dispatched until funds have cleared. Cheques must be made payable to Aladdins Lighting. All products carry a 7-day money back guarantee.

Returns

Email us to say that you will be returning your order, which must be returned to us within 7 days. The item shall not have been installed or modified and must be in its original packaging. The Item must be in a resaleable condition.Labels or addressing should be put only on external packaging and not on the item packaging. We advise that you return any goods by recorded Royal Mail.

Installation

We advise that the products be installed by a qualified Electrician. Liability will not be accepted for the improper installation of our products.
